| Dalian is a city that is short of water storage severely. The water possessing per capita is only a quarter of the whole country.Most of its water supply is region water transferring. With the increase of people's life and the rapid development of social economy,water demands of Dalian City has a fast increace.A method to solve the contradiction of the supply and demand of water resources is to rationally allocate the existing water resources.This paper starts with the background and the research meaning of the optimized allocation of water resourcess, and discusses the basic concept, theory, methods and development direction of the optimized allocation of water resourcess in details. Then this paper predicts the water demands for life,industry and city environment with predicting theory and method.After analyzing and generalizing the water resourcess system of DaLian, this paper establishes two models. One is based on Linear Programming and solved with modified Simplex algorithm. Considering the uncertainty and risk in the system,the other model is based on dependent chance goal programming and solved with hybrid intelligent algorithm combined with stochastic simulation,GA,NN.The study conclusion indicates that the study on the optimized allocation of water resourcess of DaLian will help find out it's the relation of water supply and demand,improve economy benefit ,enhance security of water supply and pay attention to protect groundwater,Which has a practical meaning to set down the plan of attemper of water of DaLian water supply in short term and long term. |
