The article introduces the research and development of the new generation of intelligent electric-liquid actuating equipment, which is based on the study of the relevant products home and abroad. The equipment is mainly composed by two parts, controller and actuator, and the first part is emphasized in this article. The equipment is a closed-loop system. The controller with the core of micro-processor deals with startup and stop of the single-phase motor and movement of valve, by gathering, transforming, calculating and comparing the controlling signal with the feedback signal. The movement of the hydraulic pressure urn is controlled by the controller and the throttle valve. The system sets the controlling signal with the key, and the feedback signal is detected by displacement sensor, and dealed with after filtered and transformed. The remote analog feedback interface and the asynchronous communication interface are developed. So that the system suffices the demand of centralized control and has good functional expansivity and adaptability. The system is more intelligent than general actuating equipment, which help the failure protection.Following the principle of safety, reliability, advancement and conveniences, the article adopts the Keil Cx51 to compile language, and improves the readability. This article makes an over-all design of which the whole control system is studied and developed. The software used for controlling the system in C language is also programmed .Meanwhile ,this system adopts a series of software-and-handware measures of protection so as to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. The designing of handware circuit and software emulation are finished. The experiment indicates that the system realizes the presumed function.
