Based on modern bridge design theory, the method of finite element, random vibration, the techniques for measuring and analyzing vibration, summarizing the method of load test about bridges, the dissertation managed to find out the characteristics which was represented by two bridge projects, the technique datas of design, construction and maintenance were provided by using of those performance. The mechanics characteristics and behaviours in service of the continuous prestressing box-girder bridge were analysized, so that the techniques data for design .construction and maintenance could be provided by using of those performances.Three-dimensional finite element model was created by way of the usage of the finite element software ANSYS. Following that .theoretical model analysis was carried out and the natural frequency and 10 mode shape were suggested.After the analysis of dynamical and statical capacities,the test result were compared with theoretical result, which gave a proper appraisal about bridge. In the end, the effects to static and dynamic characteristics were discussed with regard to box-girder structural behaviours.
