Research Of The Application Of AC Sevor For The Turn-table Controlling System

Turn-table is an indispensably substantial of mechanical and electrical products;its performance has importance impact to the products of spaceflight and avigation,such as aerocraft etc. All-digital servo and AC servo system is the development direction of turn-table. The kernel control component's performance of this domain has gotten enormous enhance, and system's performance too, because the digital signal processor which especially for drive control application. Advanced control theory, high efficiency controller, AC permanent magnetic synchronic motor would make the system inevitable gets excellent characteristic.This paper does some theoretic research about AC servo control system, and try to use these in the application of turn-table controlling system.In order to implement that scheme, the writer study an AC servo system, based on TMS320LF2407. This paper introduces digital signal processing concepts and the process of DSP system, emphasis on presenting the scheme of servo control system based on TMS320LF2407. The controlling circuit, which takes digital signal processor as kernel, is designed. The emphasis of system software is explained in detail. Go deep into some key technology of DSP application.
