The Triaxial Simulation Turn-table is used to simulate the stance of flighting object, including roll, pitch and yaw, during the hardware-in-the-loop simulation process.If the transfer function of the Triaxial Simulation Turn-table is constant one in the simulation system, it will cause no fluence to other device. This thing is what we want.But it is impossible to make Turn-table's transfer function to be a Pure amplification link. In order to minimize the influence to other links , the bandwidth and accuracy of the Three-axis Turn-table must be high enough. The purpose of this study is to guarantee the stiffness and strength of the product from the design phase to improve the bandwidth of Turn-table.Depending on the user's requests, the author designed machines structure of Triaxial Simulation Turn-table and drawed the technical drawings of its parts by using software AutoCAD. Extracted the structural parameters of Turn-table by using software CATIA. Based on the finite element analysis software of ANSYS, this paper computed the stress and torsional deformation of motor shaft whith is one of the most important part of motor to make sure that the torsional deflection and strength meets the accuracy; In order to analysis the vibration mode of Triaxial Simulation Turn-table. The author simplified bearing model and used it to analysis the vibration modes of back-bone axis .The result display that it is different with the vibration modes of the axis without bearings. To conquer the capacity lack of computer, the author applied substructure method to the analysis of the vibration modes of outer frame of triaxial Simulation Turn-table. The result shows that the dynamic rigidity of the table almost meets the requirements; Then optimized the outer frame to get a more reasonable structure and improved the natural frequency of the outer frame.At last the author introduced the method of choosing hydraulic motor displacement and the size of servo valve. Then simulated the hydraulic system of the outer frame, getting a good result.
