This paper takes part in designing a new test device paralleled with special set (damper),which can be used for testing the complete Stress-Deformation curve of big-size concrete specimens in unixial tension whose sectional width can get to 450mm.The writer illustrates the theory for realization of test for complete Stress-Deformation curve of concrete and tests the device stifmess.Through the comparision of device stiffness and concrete specimen stiffness,this paper points out that for relizing the steady rapture of concrete, a cyclic-loaded method must be used in this experiment.After analyzing and summarizing the 6 affecting factors for the Stress-Deformation curve,this paper provides some suggestions for standardizing the testing process .Based on the concrete rapture results using two Test machine~Specimen connection patterns, the write finds using the steel plate glued connection can not effectively make the concrete specimen rapture in the middle part,but steel bar planted connection pattern can get a very good crack postion.Based on the analysis and earlier experimental results, this paper successfully get the complete Stress-Deformation curve of big-size concrete specimen and make a fitting equation for the processed data.
