Now, building energy effiency is focused in the world. As an important part of the building energy consumption, energy consumption for air-conditioning system has arise more attention in the country. Under the background of the building energy efficency and the energy efficency for air-conditioning system, this thesis is discussed.Discuss the total energy consumption and every equipment energy consumption difference among using normal air temperature with the traditional CAV or VAV air conditioning system, the normal air temperature with ice storage CAV or VAV air conditioning system and the cold air distribution with ice storage CAV or VAV air conditioning system. A DeST software is proposed to calculate the building load hourly. On the basis of module programming, energy consumption caculating modle has been propose for refrigerator, cooling cater pump, chilled water pump, cooling tower, terminal equipment and fan. A FORTRAN program is proposed to calculate the energy consumption of air conditioning system. Improving load frequency method is used to simulate the energy consumption of refrigerator. Propose the coefficient of power in portion load. Equivalent full load hours method is used to simulate the energy consumption of other equipment.Taking an office in Xi'an as an example, simulate the difference of the energy consumption among using six diffenent air conditioning systems and evaluate the air conditioning system. Have certain directive significance for the the managing stage in air conditioning system. Take the coefficient of energy consumption (CEC) as a measure of energy performance of the air conditioning system. Provide the favorable reference for the designing stage in air conditioning system.
