The airborne remote sensing data real-time transmission system is one kind ofimportant method to obtain the remote sensing information rapidly. It plays asignificant role in the major natural disaster monitoring and battlefield informationreconnaissance. The digital receiver subsystem, as an important part of the airborne remotesensing real-time data transmission system, affects the performance of the wholetransmission system deeply. With the development of ADC technology and IC technology, digital receivertechnology becomes maturely. Digital IF-sampled receiver (DIFR) samples analogsignal at IF, and then does all-digital signal processing. Compared with the originalreceiver, DIFR has a better reliability and much smaller size. The thesis designed a digital IF-sampled receiver based on FPGA, which hashigh-lever integration with flexible configuration. It has a lot of functions, such asQPSK demodulation, carrier recovery, timing recovery, channel decoding and so on,which are all implemented on one chip FPGA.The design and implementation of DIFR laid a good foundation for the build of ageneralized receiver platform in airborne remote sensing data real-time transmissionsystem. With easily implementation of performance update and function expansion, itwill promote the airplane-satellite-ground real-time data transmission system in awider application field. The main work of the thesis includes: research of the principle of digital IFreceiver, analyses and simulation of key algorithms, and hardware design.
