The investigation of the settlement of high embankment of the high-speed railway after construction is concerned by the engineers all the time. In this paper, ANSYS is used to calculate the embankment settlement and the gray system theory is used to predict the high embankment of settlement n of the high-speed railway. The entity model of the high embankment of the high-speed railway is modeled according to double way road in the design rules of the Jing Hu high railway. Actual load of the high embankment of the high-speed railway is modeled in order to reflect the real situation of the high embankment of the high-speed railway better. Using finite element method, ANSYS is used to calculate the settlement of high embankment and the stress distributing, we get the good solution. This prove that using ANSYS to calculate the settlement of high embankment of the high-speed railway is a practicably method to calculating settlement. The time interval of measuring the sedimentation of the high-speed railway is unequal interval situation, so gray system theory using unequal interval array GM(1,1) model and the unequal interval gray Verhulst model is applied to predict the settlement of high embankment of the high-speed railway after construction. The stability of the embankment of high-speed railway is analyzed by the coefficient of stability of the embankment of high-speed railway and the relation between the coefficient of stability, the grade of the embankment and the altitude of the embankment and the value of C,f.Using ANSYS to calculate the settlement of high embankment of the high-speed railway and using gray system to predict the settlement of high embankment have instruction significance to the actual engineer.
