As the national economic construction policy key leaning to the implementation ofthe western region, the highway has been developed greatly in the westernmountainous area. Road is a ribbon of linear structure, combined with the complexmountainous terrain and geology and geomorphic condition, excavation andembankment on both sides of the mountain tunnel discard is more, in order to saveland and ecological environment friendly, high fill embankment in mountainous areaexpressway construction is inevitable. Therefore, stability of high embankmentsubsidence and control technology is the special subgrade engineering urgently needsto solve the problem. According to chongqing fucheng FengShi highway Shi Yuanzi48m high embankment filled structure as the prototype, around the different soil anddifferent filling height and different compaction process under the condition of thehigh embankment filled settlement deformation law and influence factors for thecentrifugal model experiment and analysis, numerical simulation analysis, and basedon engineering test and observation, at the same time high fill embankment settlementprediction model and the construction technology research. This article main researchresults are as follows:â‘ Through the centrifugal model test and numerical simulation, get different soiland different filling height and different compaction process under the condition ofhigh embankment filled settlement deformation the same law of body,as the increase ofsubgrade filling layer, layer under the roadbed reclamation soil subsidence incrementdecreases.â‘¡Through centrifugal model test and numerical simulation results of regressionanalysis, available under the differen soil and different compaction process conditionsand high embankment filled formula of project settlement. On period subsidencemeasured conjecture embankment settlement deformation parameters, and speculatedthat these parameters and forecast of subgrade settlement calculation formula isobtainS0.0104H1.2095e0.71261ed:t; According to the regression analysis ofpost-construction settlement observations,got the high embankment settlementcalculation formula:S0.0024t0.643.â‘¢Through the field settlement observation that hierarchical compactionaccumulated up to6~8m, the layering of the combination of the dynamic compaction compaction construction method, construction settlement of high embankment stability,meet the requirements, in335d, post-construction settlement month settlement is lessthan5mm. And layering compaction cost between dynamic compaction process andcompaction technology, and combining with the advantages of two methods ofconstruction.
