With speed improvement of electric railways, it needs higher and higher request to the reliability of electric railways. In order to increase the contact system reliability with the lack of a great number of original data, it is an efficient way to use finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze on the contact system. This paper takes the suspension system in the middle catenary supporting as the reach object, and concludes the method to analyze the reliability of the contact system. Establishing three-dimensional model of the component and the whole of the suspension system in the middle catenary supporting, using the ANSYS software to do the stress analysis and the mode analysis in three different situations, concluding the distribution and the shaking character of the suspension system in the middle catenary supporting in the function of stable load, and pointing out the weakness of the catenary supporting. Basing on the former research in the paper, analyzing simple harmonic motion analysis on the whole structure, and fanding out the series of simple harmonic motion curve. It builds the foundation on the reliability analysis of the suspension system in the middle catenary supporting. |
