Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) is a new type of controller, which is propounded by Hanjinqing in the 90s, 20th century. The controller can overcome the disadvantage of the classic PID controller and make the system achieve high dynamic performance. One of the most important things for the control system is to observe accurately the value of rotor flux in a field-oriented induction motor drive system; the other is to regulate the control system rapidly and precisely.The thesis not only studies deeply and systemically the theory of ADRC, but also analyzes the structure and function of each part. Based on predecessors' research, it designs the ADRC, which is applied for a rotor field-oriented induction motor drive system, sets up the simulation and gets the result.The Extended State Observer is the most important part of ADRC. By using it, the thesis infers a new transfer function with model compensation from formulas of the voltage-model and the current-model. Now, this new rotor-flux observer can not only estimate the disturbance of system in real time, but also compensate the disturbance. And then, the observer can be designed into a close-loop in order to improve the precise.The thesis studies deeply the simulation realization of SVPWM based on MATLAB/Simulation. During the course of simulation, it considers the dead time and the eliminating narrow pulse, and analyzes the influence of them. Contrasting to experiment results, the result of improved simulation is closer to the practice system than that of unimproved.The thesis introduces the hardware and characteristic of the AC drive experimental platform with energy feedback, which is developed by cooperating with the CNR electric traction R&D center. A series of test for hardware and software, which are based on TMS320F2407 and TMS320VC33, have been done. At last, the thesis gives experimental results of the open-loop SVPWM and the rotor field-oriented vector control system. The experimental results primarily prove the properness of the simulation results.
