The Application Of Pre-Stressed Anchor Cable Technology In The Chongqing-Huaihua Railway Subgrade Project

This dissertation first in detail elaborated the pre-stressed anchor cable development survey, the characteristic and the application scope, have analyzed the anchor cable type and its the action mechanism. The following closely the application situation has carried on the detailed investigation and the analysis to the pre-stressed anchor cable in the Chongqing-Huaihua railway subgrade project. Geological characteristics of many slopes and corresponding detailed forms of stabilizing structures are given. In light of general features of these structures with pre-stressed anchor cable, the main content about design and computation for pre-stressed anchor cable is discussed. It includes simple calculation model for the anchor force, design and calculation on the anchor solid, the anchor cable arrangement, initialization with pulling stress for the anchor cable and ultra pulling design for the pre-stressed anchor cable anchor. Some reasonable revision comments are given according to the actual situation. Finally systematic elaborations for the pre-stressed anchor cable construction and monitoring are discussed. They are involved with the construction organization plan, the drill hole, the anchor cable manufacture, the storage, the installment, grouting, the pressure water test, pulling anchor cable, the record, pulling test and monitoring. In these aspects, some important questions which must be taken in the actual construction process are dealt with, which is to some degree of good use for the pre-stressed anchor cable construction. The methods and suggestions provided in the dissertation are well applied in the Chongqing-Huaihua railway subgrade project, which is of good results and social economic benefits.
