The artillery elevate mechanism must be tested before application. The artillery elevate mechanism test system designed and researched in this thesis is used for reliability test. The whole system is a typical integration of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical techniques, which regards the machinery as object, the hydraulic as power source, and the system consist of electronic components as controller.The whole system is composed by three parts: mechanical transmission part, hydraulic drive part, and electronic measuring and controlling part. In order to keep the synchronous action of the two crank shaft and the balance of the elevate mechanism. The mechanical system is designed as a symmetrical structure. The finite element analysis method is used to check the mechanical characteristic of the mainly structures. The hydraulic system is used to replace manual manipulate for its smooth and reliable driving force. Hydraulic motors are taken as the system carrying component to put out the rotary torque, the main hydraulic parameters and the thermal balance of the system are checkout. The electronic test part is the key part of the whole system, in which a single-chip microcomputer is used to control the electro-hydraulic valve. The control principle and design process of software and hardware of this system are introduced. The test data display and store are also designed. In conclusion, the whole test system realizes the automatic control on the artillery elevate mechanism.
