Combined with the newest technology of current intelligentized test-bed, fuel injection pump test-bed measure-control system is designed by using single-chip microcomputer to autocontrol entirely. Some techniques of measuring and controlling test-bed's every parameter are detailly introduced in the dissertation, which include temperature measure and control, rotate speed closed loop system control, advance angle measure and measuring oil's time, etc.Aimed at the function to be achieved and the request of technical index, hardware circuit of fuel injection pump test-bed controlling instrument has been designed in this paper by using ADuC812, Which includes power system, analog and digital signal acquisition and conditioning circuit, single-chip microcomputer extend circuit, parallel I/O extend circuit, timer/counter extend circuit, data storage extend circuit, serial communication circuit, relay output control circuit, man-machine interface module, which includes keyboard circuit and display circuit, etc. Secondly, based on fuel injection pump test-bed control instrument's hardware, software has been designed. Software system using the method of modularizes, consists of main program and parameter's measuring and controlling, which includes electric machinery rotate speed, advance angle, oil temperature, pressure, etc.In the end of the paper, some suggestions on further improvement of this system have been supposed.
