LKJ2000 (called black box) is an important device which guarantee the safety of trains' running by recording and monitoring their running conditions. Its recording data are the basis of safety retrieval, fault location and analysis, the quality checking of monitoring device, the tracking of trains and various kind of maintenance. The administration department of railway makes a clearly statement: the monitoring and recording documents must be saved and analyzed for every running of trains.With the spanning development of railway and the adjustment of all working forces of railway and the continuously acceleration of running speed of trains, some new concepts come into effect such as the cycling on road of locomotives, one driver serving and "one locomotive for one administrating bureau". And various kinds of monitoring devices, speech recording device and fault diagnosis device are widely used. All of these bring a big challenge to store, analyze and retrieve the trains' running data. Meanwhile it also makes more difficult for the locomotive's operation and management. In order to solve these problems, this paper gives an overall design of the locomotive's data wireless transportation and query system based on LKJ2000 train's controlling and recording device.As discussed above, there is also an important and realistic meaning in researching and applying the locomotive's data wireless transportation and query system. Furthermore, it is also useful for the locomotive's quality in real time tracking and state checking in the future. This paper makes an extensive research on the locomotive carries part, the ground station and the ground software system of the locomotive data wireless transportation and query system. Firstly, the system design principle is given. In addition, the design and the hardware structure are discussed in detail.The running and operation results show the necessity and possibility for insuring the locomotive supervision device well and locomotive running safety. Finally, this paper sums up the production about the system, and points out the shortage at the same time, in the end, some advices are given and the foreground of the System is reviewed.
