China is experiencing strategy period of economy structure adjustment andtraditional industry update. Rise of economy changes from quantity to quality.Logistics market demand is expanding, and all kinds of traditional enterprises setfoot in logistics industry. When government in China put forward sustainabledevelopment strategy, enterprises acquire profit and reduce cost by saving aw andprocessed materials and reducing laborer pay. Implement TQM to improveefficiency, save cost, promote service level. Investment of infrastructure andmechanical equipment in logistics centre occupies a large proportion of the wholeinvestment. Strengthening management, system management and TQM, shorteninvestment return period and increase investment return ratio, equipment perfectness ratio and utilize ratio, it is quite remarkable.This dissertation is based on MOC west traffic science and technology projectStudy on the Application Technology of Collection and Distribution for TrunkHighway Transportation in West sub-project Establishment Type Choose andWork-area Layout in Logistics Centre. To satisfy actual demand in west part ofChina and Jilin province, take into account of technique condition at present,investigate logistics centre mechanical establishment and allocation deeply, andpresent allocation of mechanical equipment in quantity. Make a certain scaleLogistics enterprise management of mechanical equipment to a new level. Besides,developed plan means can be used in logistics centre and enterprise in otherindustry, such as port, transportation, manufacture. So the study is of widesignificance in reality.This dissertation discusses modern enterprise management decision and statusand use of equipment management. Equipment management innovation meansthought innovation, pattern innovation, method innovation and program innovation.Manager of equipment should compare and analyze management patterns indomestic and abroad, design and reform pattern adopted by self, and makeequipment compel enterprise progress.Concerned for some problems which people care in logistics center equipmentmanagement, analyze correlated factors which affect logistics mechanicalequipment optimization. The detail is as followed:1. Amount of mechanical equipment task⑴ throughput;⑵ operation coefficient;⑶ field layout.2. Mechanical equipment service years⑴equipment life curve;⑵equipment service years distribution;⑶determineeconomical life of equipment.3. Mechanical equipment perfect ness ratio and utilization ratio⑴ perfect ness ratio;⑵ equipment utilization ratio.4. Mechanical equipment purchase and operation cost⑴ equipment purchase cost;⑵ equipment operation cost;⑶ equipmentmaintenance cost.After above analysis, make clear that factors composing, character and degreeof important of equipment amount allocation.After understanding factors which affect logistic equipment quantityoptimization, put forward hypothesis of logistics centre equipment quantityoptimization, adopt Spreadsheet to describe logistics centre equipment quantityoptimization and build stochastic line plan model, determine decision variable,limit condition in model.According to hypothesis condition, apply model using historical data intypical mechanical equipment. First, compute limitation condition variable, normaldistribution fit test of equipment maintain cost. Secondly, input model and limitcondition, present computing results, which is less than equipment quantity inactual. Thirdly, compare model computing results and binomial distribution results,precision is improved. At last, Models are applied in a logistics centre inChangchun.Contribution of this dissertation is as followed:1. Analyze factors which affect logistics centre mechanical equipment quantityoptimization, more comprehensive than binomial distribution;2. Adopt Spreadsheet method to describe problems and give plan model;3. Model can be used in other many aspects.Logistics centre and enterprise in other industry mechanical equipmentquantity optimization need comprehensive decision, balance benefits of all aspects.With development of economy and progress of society, common delivery complexlogistics activity, equipment quantity optimization is worth of further study. Thisdissertation analyzes factors which are sensitive to quantity precision and buildmodels of equipment quantity optimization in common. Models can be used inlogistics centre and enterprise in other industry. It is of great significance toimprove quality of equipment management.
