Summary of Contents:This major research has two part: a large number of mix fly ash Portlandcement foamed concrete and fly ash oxychloride cement .The first part is themain study of primary material selection, basic mechanical design feature,leading feature and production technology. The research indicates thatvarious technical characteristics, anti-carbonization, intensity, thermalinsulation and capitalized cost all reach the expected goal. The second partis the main study of primary material, resistance to water of oxychloridecement and technical characteristics. The research indicates that activemixed materials such as phosphoric acid , fly ash and calcined diatomitehave the obvious effect to the resistance to water of oxychloride cement, thehighest softening quotient can reach 0.99. Through above research weachieved perfect architectural energy-saving material of light bulk density,high intensity, well thermal insulation, small conductivity factor, frostresistance, high anti-carbonization and a large number of mix fly ash.
