Study On Seat Comfortable Performance Of Commercial Vehicle

As we all know, automobile ride performance is one of the very importantperformance. We use the comfort feeling of the occupants to evaluate the rideperformance. Because more and more people not only require the vehicle's safety butalso require the vehicle's comfort, so it is coming to be very important to evaluate theseat which is close to comfortable performance. We should quantificationally study andevaluate the comfortable performance for efficiently developing seat system.Because we are short of the advanced testing equipment and test evaluatecriterion, so our company has not give a exact evaluation for the comfortableperformance of the seat system which had been equipped with our products. Nowmore commercial vehicle customers complain the comfortable performance. So thispaper studies the comfortable performance of one commercial vehicle driver seataccording to FAW R&D CENTER seat comfortable performance project.Hereinafter content is this paper study content:1. At first the development history and the present condition of the seatcomfortable performance home and abroad are introduced briefly. But in our country,theimportant of dynamic comfort of automobile seat haven't been paid enough attentionto by related enterprise ,and the means of seat design and research are rather behindthe times. The seat comfortable performance is an important part in the field of vehicletechnology. Later the usual type is introduced and the merits and shortcomings of theseat are analyzed in general. At last, the main research contents are confirmed.2. The seat vibration comfortable performance testing theory. Introducing the seat'stransfer characteristic and the seat's damp characteristic testing theories, testingproduce and resulting datas process method.3. Studying the seat's transfer characteristic and the seat's damp characteristicfor three kinds of seat system (common seat, mechanism reduce vibration seat andair suspension seat). Using the same test producing to evaluate the three kinds ofseat.4. Introducing ADAMS software. Making the seat model by ADAMS software.And do The simulation of Seat vibrate. We got the better consistency for test result.5. According to the simulation and the first phase test result we improved thestructure of the three kinds of seats. And we did the second phase simulation andchoosed the best improving project. Finally we did the test and proved that thisproject result is similar to the simulation.6. Last chapter is the paper summary. It shows the paper's main work.In a word, this paper studied the seat vibrate comfortable performance on the basis offormer research. I only complete the above work because of limited time. Furtherresearch should be performed in order to improve the properties of the seat comfortableperformance later.
