Mainly according to the establishment of the heat exchanger in the laboratory, this paper designs a set of experiment system. This system has high automation level, measure is accurate, operate is simple and the broad suitable scope of heat exchanger of integral performance. The paper has analyzed the disc heat exchanger structure and the thermal transmission computational method, According to parameter which must survey, Application modern advanced examination technology, To its parameter (temperature, pressure and current capacity) realize the real-time examination and carries on the data processing, Has realized the dynamic demonstration to the heat exchanger performance overall target, provides the basis for the scene decision-making.This test system has completed take the sensor as signal gathering, take recuperating as the signal filter, by A/D card into data conversion hardware partial designs, In PC machine under the platform Windows environment, take VB as the development kit, has established the data acquisition and the processing software are partial. Through the hardware partially with the PC machine platform between correspondences, has realized the hardware part and the software partial data exchange.The paper analyzed in the test system to affect the test precision the main reason, calculated the instrument measuring error to test the result the influence, then in view of each kind of reason, produced the concrete reduced error the plan.In completes the data acquisition in the foundation, according to the system need, carried on to the data by filter processing, the data fitting has processed and transfers heat the equation return. Finally through to the entire data acquisition and the processing system experimental debugging, has confirmed the system accuracy and the stability.
