Deformation is an intrinsic property of objects in nature,the collapse of bridges,the inclination of buildings,the uplift or subsidence of the earth's surface,and the collapse of dams are all categories of deformation.But the inclination and collapse of a building does not occur suddenly,it is accumulated through small deformations,resulting in irreversible and serious consequences.During the stages of construction,monitoring and operation,the protection and repair of ancient buildings,the role of deformation monitoring is increasingly significant,its importance is self-evident.However,the existing deformation measurement and data processing systems have the disadvantages of low cost performance,and most of them are developed for a specific project,and the universality is poor.The development of the Internet,communication technology and modern instruments provides new ideas,techniques and means for research and development of deformation monitoring data acquisition software and data processing systems.On the basis of studying the existing data processing system of deformation monitoring at home and abroad,this paper develops the data acquisition software and processing system which is more in line with the measurement standard of our country.The main research contents of this paper are briefly described as follows:(1)Research the communication interface and communication protocol of the intelligent total station,and develop portable data acquisition software based on mobile terminal,which is convenient to carry.The intelligent total station is controlled by the serial communication interface to measure,which can reduce the workload of field surveyors and increase the measuring speed.(2)Discuss the method of gross error processing in data processing.Theoretical and precision analysis of the polar coordinate method commonly used in deformation measurement.Multiple real-time difference technique and least square Helmert coordinate transformation method are used to process the data obtained under the stable and unstable conditions.(3)Design the overall framework of the deformation monitoring data processing system,and the functions are realized based on the VS2013 platform and the C# programming language.The different requirements of deformation measurement projects are fully considered in the development process,and combined with the existing measurement standards in China,the system developed in this paper has more local characteristics,effectively expands its universality,more in line with the data processing habits of practitioners,improve the speed and reliability of data processing.(4)Establish test sites to test data acquisition and data processing systems,combined with the deformation monitoring project of Yingxian Wooden Pagoda,and the data processing software developed in this paper was tested for practicality and applicability.The engineering application shows that the system can meet the requirements of deformation monitoring and realize the informatization of deformation monitoring.It has a good application prospect.
