| Hydraulic pumps which transform mechanical power into hydraulic power are driving force parts of the whole hydraulic systems, which are very important in hydraulic systems. Hydraulic pumps which are gear pump, vane pump, screw pump and piston pump are often used in practical using, and among of which piston pump is one type of pumps with higher pressure and larger delivery. However, piston pump is also a type of pump which has the highest noises. Today, People are paying much attention to environment protecting, therefore, Nowadays and in future, How to reduce the noises of pumps is one of mainstreams for pumps development.Aiming at how to reduce the pump noises, a new type of double acting piston radial pump with lower noises is designed here. There are much difference from traditional form of radial piston pumps in design, which are: There are two inlet and two outlet ways to achieve to being double acting piston radial pump;The stator curve is made of four eight-time curves which are the same dimension , and its function are to achieve to being double acting piston radial pump by intaking or draining oil two times when pump shaft rotates a circle and to reduce noises by controlling the flow fluctuation of pump;There are eight pistons for pump which are laid symmetrically in order to reduce friction noises by eliminating radial imbalance force on plate shaft.In this thesis, eight times curve used is emulated by Matlab soft, and result shows: When eight times curve is used in this new type of double acting piston radial pump with lower noises, the flow fluctuation of pump become zero. Therefore , Comparing with traditional pump, the noises caused by the flow fluctuation will reduce greatly.In addition, as for the problem of plate noises, A kind of triangular groove structure is used on the plate shaft and is emulated by Matlab soft. The result shows: The dimension disposal of the triangular groove used in inlet and outlet way should be unsymmetrical, and plate noises can be controlled well after using triangular groove.Summing up, after innovating and emulating for pump structure, stator curve and triangular groove of plate shaft, we believe from result it is possible to achieve double acting piston radial pump with lower noises and its effect will be prominent. |
