This paper is mainly about some researches on super-fine cement grout's dispersion and reinforcement rules in sandy soil.Injection grouting is a technique to strengthen the ground or reduce its permeability by the ways of mechanical reaction, ion exchange, absolute filling or hydro-fracturing.First of all, this paper has analyzed the reinforcement mechanism of injected material to soil from microcosmic point view.Secondly, starting with an introduction of a universal phenomenon that sandy soil can hardly be treated by injecting portland cement, this paper describes performances of commonly used portland for an earlier part and presents the production history, uses in modern days and development trends of super-fine cement for the latter part which includes some suggestion on its present problem and description of its different performances against portland cement.Thirdly, this paper illustrates some new brand blue prints of grouting- research experimental instrument. We have set two suits of them: one, the main part is a medium-size flexible cuboid trunk whieh can be used for 2-Ds simulation experience; the other one is a mini-size inflexible cube box which can be used to research the dispersion parameters such as grouting pressure, injected volume etc.According to the dispersion way of grout, grouting includes filtration grouting, compaction grouting and hydro-fracturing grouting. This paper has analyzed the pervasion mechanism of super-micro cement grout on the basis of dispersion mechanism of commonly used cement.This paper ends with some conclusions that include a confirm statement that super-micro cement is suitable for the treatment to sand soil, illustrating by the increase of concentration and angle of friction.
