At present,with the rapid development of China's economy,more and more attention has been paid to urban underground transportation.In the soil in the sandy soil is the most common city formation,generally has a relatively loose,non cohesive force,self stability and sandy soil is very poor,and in this rich groundwater formation in the shallow excavation city subway tunnel,easy to produce the gushing water and sand,ground subsidence and other engineering accident.In order to ensure the stability of the working face of the tunnel excavation,the control surface does not produce large deformation,smooth the engineering safety,sandy strata of rich in groundwater by technological means of grouting treatment,strengthening construction of water plugging has reached the target.This paper is based on the Qingdao City Metro Line 2 beer city station tunnel grouting engineering,through theoretical analysis,laboratory tests,field tests on the mechanism of sand ground for effect analysis,research on the following problems.(1)research status and mechanism of grouting reinforcement technology at home and abroad.(2)according to the contrast test of five kinds of grouting materials on the spot,select the grouting material with the best performance for field construction.(3)to excavate the site soil after grouting,and evaluate the grouting effect.In this paper,through theoretical research,laboratory test,field test result,for the day after the reference of similar projects.
