Concrete, especially steel fiber reinforced concrete, is an engineering material that has wide applications in civil engineering. However in our country, the research in the application and behavior of concrete and fiber-concrete is far behind the European and North American countries, and cannot satisfy the needs of engineering practice. Due to the above reason and based on the theory of fracture mechanics and damage mechanics, this article has presented the conclusions in the following research works:(1) Interformational crack between rigid base and concrete road slab will spread under the temperature effect and pressure action. According to this case, this paper designs a type of analytical model of crack, discuss the failure analysis of crack, and calculate energy release rate of crack tip.(2) The damage model of stretched fiber reinforced concrete is widely researched in recent years. On the base of the analysing of Loland and Marzars damage model, this paper present that improved damage model should be applied to the fiber reinforced concrete. Besides this, this paper derives a new curved equation of stress-strain.(3) Fracture performance of Concrete and Fiber Reinforced Concrete is an important mechanical index. This paper presents shear model analysis with the software ANSYS. According to the case of the shear analysis, this paper design and test the experimental model of the Shear specimen.Besides this, we test Three Point Bend Beam and Double Cantilever Beam (DCB) too.Through the test research of Three Point Bend Beam, Shear, and DCB, This paper find some factors which effect every performance index of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete and calculate crack tip's Energy Release Rate and Stress Intensity Factors of concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen.
