Hysteretic dampers in steel-frame construction seismic response mitigation effect fit and unfit quality and many kinds of factors related: Namely the damper position, the damper yield point, of the damper and the main body structure rigidity ratio, the damper submit ratio of the shearing force and the structure total shearing force and so on.Based on the definition of the equivalent viscous damping, the formula of equivalent damping ratio of the structure with hysteretic dampers is derived. Second, the optimum strength ratio of damper system is defined as strength ratio when the equivalent viscous damping ratio is maximum, Thus was clear about has caused the hysteretic dampers to consume the energy to achieve the biggest mild hysteretic dampers structure should have, namely the damper seismic response mitigation effect could achieve the optimum condition.To layer upon layer established the damper the steel-frame construction to carry on the massive parameters analysis, by inspected the hysteretic dampers in steel-frame construction absorption of seismic response mitigation effect. When carries on the analysis, is cut the damper system the supporting capacity distribution factor in 0.0 ~ 0.9 scope endomorphism, inspects under the different distribution factor condition the damper seismic response mitigation effect. By the analysis it is found that not only the shear strength ratio of damper system that maximize the seismic response mitigation effect of dampers exist, but also the hysteretic dampers have significant seismic response mitigation effect when this ratio changing in the relatively wide range.At the same time this article also has carried on the seismic response mitigation effect analysis to the insulation establishment damper and the base certain establishment damper steel-frame construction. In the steel-frame construction time the insulation establishment damper seismic response mitigation effect obviously is lower than the situation which layer upon layer establishes, its practical application significance is not big. To has not installed the damper in the pure frame construction to chase the level to additionally build the damper from bottom to top to carry on the non-linear seismic response analysis, the inspection hysteretic dampers mitigation effect. The computed result indicated that, the damper seismic response mitigation effect along with additionally builds the damper layer to increase on the whole but strengthens, namely each is equipped with when the damper the mitigation effect is best.
