Among various kinds of geological disasters,earthquake disaster should never be ignored.Not only can the earthquake itself produce great damage to structures,but the occurrence of secondary disasters also should cause enough attention after the earthquake.Bridges are the lifelines in the earthquake relief and are key in terms of whether the success or failure of the earthquake relief is achieved,especially for important bridge engineering of transport hub.Therefore,in seismic disaster prevention system,it is crucial to ensure the basic function of bridges when subjected to strong earthquakes.This article is then based on how to effectively reduce the loss of bridge structures in the earthquake disaster.A series of work has been done under such background:studying the working principle of viscous dampers,comparing the inputting parameters,conducting the corresponding conclusions.With practical engineering of a twin towers cable-stayed as the background,the whole bridge model is set up by the software SAP2000.Through numerical analysis of the elastic response spectrum,friction bearings alone,the combination of friction bearings and viscous dampers to study the seismic response of the bridge and the vibration-reducing effect of shock absorption device.By changing the parameters of the damper,the changes of the damping effect are analyzed,and the methodology of choosing reasonable parameters of dampers is concluded.In this paper,based on the actual project,cable-stayed bridge model is established and display the analysis of different shock absorber damping effect.Specific contents are as follows:(1)The different methods of reducing vibration isolation theory are illustrated,and simulation methods and inputting parameters of common isolation devices in SAP2000 are proposed.(2)With practical engineering of a twin towers cable-stayed as the background,the whole bridge model is set up by the software SAP2000.Through numerical analysis of the elastic response spectrum,friction bearings alone,the combination of friction bearings and viscous dampers to study the seismic response of the bridge and the vibration-reducing effect of shock absorption device.The analytical key point lays on the mitigation of internal forces and displacements when implemented the viscous dampers between the main tower and girder.(3)By changing the parameters of the damper,the changes of the damping effect are analyzed,and the methodology of choosing reasonable parameters of dampers is concluded.Apart from that,how the parameters of dampers have an influence on dynamic characteristics of cable-stayed bridge and the change of the stress are conducted.Then some suggestions are put forward finally.
