The Research Of Urban Fire Protection Commanding Assistant Decision-making System On The Basis Of GIS

The commbination of GIS and urban fire protection is a brand-new technology for the urban fire protection management department, which could build a prompt, smart, accurate and detailed searching system and support the fire protection decision-making of firemen.Thereby, the aims of a prompt and accurate recief and reducing losses in maximum limit by minimum limited man power and material resources could be achieved.On the basis of classification of space object relation descriptions and space database, the paper builds a reasonable object oriented GIS space data structure which could establish an Urban fire protection space data modle, with the help of space database theory and collection on relative original information.With the analysis of necessity and feasibility on practical use of GIS common model in fire protection commanding and discussion of its concrete achievement methods, the paper reaches several functions of the urban fire protection electronic map from the angle of urban fire protection commanding needs,for instance,the functions of display, editing, query and analysis of data, which could take the advantages of powerful mapinfo software combine the object oriented theroy and be developed secondarily by the use of mapbasic. Meanwhile,the mapinfo space data modle,general-purpose modle and fire protection application modle are organically combined by the fire protection application modle.And the idea of classical Dijkstra algorithm optimization by the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is firstly introduced in the paper,which could achieve the aim of best path selective function and improve the Sientificity of the best path selection.The building and the modernization of the Urban fire protection commanding assistant decision-making system can achieve the aim of urban fire protection commanding and improve the level of the fire protection commanding.
