Implementation Of Railway Bureau Freight Management Assistant Decision-making System

According to the problem of railway freight information management, my thesis discussed the method of establishing railway bureau freight management assistant decision-making system with marketing and production analyzing.Marketing and freight production railway are two important parts of bureau freight management. With cargo weight, cargo category, transport mode and profit, we made all consignors into different consignor partitions. Every consignor of the partitions had the same requirement, railway freight corporation could provide individualized services to them. Based on consignors and consignees partitions, we got how much flux in different cargo flow directions, and then we converted flux of every cargo flow directions to train flows by calculating wagon immobile-load. By station's technique condition and wagon organizing groups, we could decide whether running on those train flow directions. Many traditional railway freight management information systems ignored marketing analyzing. The above method integrated railway freight marketing and production amended traditional way of railway freight management information system designing.My dissertation discussed how to establish railway freight management integrated data platform. By using data warehouse technique, we collected the original data such as freight bill data, FMOS data, eighteen o'clock data, freight dispatching data and marketing information so as to provide multi-dimension data analyzing to railway freight management information system. This platform also integrated various data criterions and improved data share grade.My paper studied the function design of railway bureau freight management assistant decision system, such as freight requirement prediction, consignor and consignee subsection, cargo flow subsection, train flow subsection, freight index analyzing, freight income and profit analyzing, key material report management.
