Thermal dissipation of electronic equipments is rising more and more quickly ,but their volume is smaller and smaller. The heat flux of component is increasing geminately. The fluid cooling system plays an important role in industry production, aeronautics and astronautics, military equipment of national defence. In large multi-heat source fluid cooling system, water power maladjustment is very severe. The waterpower maladjustment can make heat source out of cooling and fluid machinery out of efficiency and that the power of whole system can go up quickly. So, it is very important to balance the water power of fluid cooling system.This paper researches and analyses domestic and overseas flux regulation methods of fluid network and compares these methods. I designed an experiment system of flow distribution and regulation, analyzed the principle of fluid network, made a mathematical model of experiment system with graph theory and find the solution of the model. Fluid network was divided into a lot of independent loops. Through changing states of valves, I got pipe flux and pipe pressure drop. Based on pressure balance equation, I built the differential equation system, solved the differential equation system, and acquired resistance coefficients of pipes and component.Through setting ideal flux of the experiment system, solving the mathematical model, I acquired open degree of every regulation valve. After setting regulation valves, I tested flux of the network, compared the tested flux with the ideal flux, and validate correctness of the way I used in this paper.
