With the economic development, the number of automobiles is proliferating in an exploding way. While the automobile brings people convenience, it also brings people many problems such as parking difficulty. Parking difficulty directly results from the high development of the urbanization. It hinders the development of automobile industry and transportation industry, so parking difficulty is the problem that it is urgent for every country to solve. The land can be fully used by using the automatic parking system which can increase the number of parking in the unit area. At the same time, it offers a valid method to solve the parking difficulty. So it is important and meaningful to study automatic parking system.In order to master the macrocosmic properties of the automatic parking system, multi-body dynamic model with closed loop is obtained after kinematic and dynamic analysis about this model, which is the base of sample manufacturing and controlling. First, the basic working principles and veering theory of the structure with three wheels are introduced in this paper, and undercarriage framework is analyzed theoretically by the complex number vector. Secondly general modeling means of multi-body system aided by computer is introduced, and this method proved to be effective by four-bar linkage. And then by analyzing topological structure of the system, three-dimensional model of virtual prototype is created by imitating the undercarriage. Numerical analysis of system is made by numerical analysis software and virtual prototyping software, and dynamic model and numerical analysis results of the system are obtained. Finally macrocosmic dynamic properties of system and manipulating stability are analyzed, and dynamic model of whole system, single-track model and three-wheel model are created, which establish foundations for designing controlling system of the model.
