Study On Single Freedom And Two Freedoms Of Permanent Magnet Biased Hybrid Magnetic Bearing

Working principle, components of electric system and mechanical system, advantages and disadvantages of permanent-magnet-biased magnetic bearings are introduced in this paper. Then a new single freedom of permanent-magnet-biased magnetic bearing is presented and magnetic field modality is analyzed by finite element method. A new tipical two freedom radial of permanent-magnet-biased magnetic bearing is presented too. The magnetic field coupling between neighbors electromagnetic is analyzed by FEMM software and the solved.Mathematical system and conrrol system of the PEMB are established.Voltaic stiff coefficient and displacement stiff coefficient are calculated. The design and ascertaining of permanent-magnet-biased magnetic bearing parameter are detailed introduced. Characteristics and requirements of MB's power amplifier are discussed. A new better three level bidirectional PWM Power Amplifier in a switch-mode is designed and tested according to requirements of the paper. And the power amplifier can meet the requirement of small current harmonious.The system of PEMB is established at last and realized the single freedom and two freedom of PEMB static stable suspense. The paper laid foundations for the farther study and application.
