With the development of material science and the manufacturing technology, the using quantity of aerial composite material have become one of most important character of advanced aircraft, and the low density, high intensity, anti-fatigue, anti-vibration ,anti- oxygenation, being able to bear high temperature and corrupt and multi-function composite materials have dominated the direction of the future developing road. Based on the theories of the subjects such as the composite material engineering, the rheology of polymer, the heat transfer manufacturing of polymer, with the combination of computer simulation and the experiment analyzing, the feasibility of substitute of materials of HF-16B launching pipe from duralumin alloy used originally to the new type composite ones from the theory to the experiment, which is a constructive and exploring subject to expand the domain of the application of plastic extrusion and push the new materials applying of aircraft to a broad field.Firstly , with the help of the FEM software ANSYS, which has a powerful, multi-function in analyzing fluid flowing , the transient heat transfer fields of the launching pipe with different materials of duralumin alloy and PEEK composite material are simulated ,which can testify the adaptability and the feasibility of PEEK composite material. Secondly ,with the common materials of HDPE and PEEK, the variety conditions of temperature field and the pressure field of melt in the pipe runner are simulated , and the effect rules of velocity and quality of melt and the key geometry parameters of the die runner are confirmed under different geometry parameters and boundary conditions. With felicitously...
