With the progress for the society and economy development, the freeway made tremendous contribution for its transportation ability and speed characteristic. The traffic volume of the freeway is increase with very fast fierce speed in the last few years, the increment of the transportation discharge causes the transportation stop directly and traffic accident occur often, cause big loss. This paper based on how to design more intelligent control strategy for variety flow to set out to the transportation, with make use of an existing resources of freeway well, exaltation traffic volume for purpose, carry on thorough research of coordinated control of ramp, the thesis mainly works to have:(1) First, design the coordinated control of ramp by taking all the segments of freeway for consideration, each segment as target, and the flow of every ramp as control object to maximize the flow of freeway. At the same time, improve the algorithm velocity by making use of immunity. At last, the compared results show immunity algorithm had a better performance.(2) Second, designed the BP nerve network to predict the flow in each segment of freeway, to improve the realtime and validity of the controller by changing the control strategy in advance to reduce various delay to the influence that controls effect. According the measured data, train the nerve network by the 6 input of flow in predict segment and around ones. After training, use the predict data of the flow in the future 5mins to change control strategy for improving the performance of the controller.(3) Last, analyzed the freeway vehicle model and road model, design planar simulation system, according to the result of the control and calculation, show the traffic data and strategy changing to the users, let people have a visualized and impressed understanding for coordinated control of ramp.
