| The control of nano servo motor, which displacement precision can reach nano-meter, and the designing and the realization process of the control system with intelligence have been detailly discussed in this thesis from the angle of the engineering. The control of the operation flat of the Cathode Emission Material Automatic Measurement System has been discussed in this thesis. And the nano servo motor of PI company is used as the main equipment.The nano-motion motor has been demanded in Cathode Emission Material Automatic Measurement System, it can move in the precision of nano-meter. This paper discusses the feature of MC-2100 nano motor, and detailly describe its performance and the C-843 card as the controller of it. After the analysis of nano servo motor and its control card, this paper provide its control program, and then apply it into the Cathode Emission Material Automatic Measurement System.The domestic research and applyment of the nano motor is still at the primary stage. Recent years, with the development of nano technology , micro-machine system , sensor of telecommunication , semiconductor technology , photo-electronic technology , microorganism and space-flight, it is highly demanded a very high accurate moving system. So nano motor has came into being, and played a very important role.This system is designed according to the factual demand of KB0342. It's prominent merit is that it has an easy operation and a high precision. This system has already applied to KB0342.
