In order tobuild the nanoscale glass tube stretching drive control system, this study, through a serial mechanismof servo motor precision motion platform and linear ultrasonic motor, investigates the method forspeed control and precision positioning of servo motors and linear ultrasonic motor cascade driveplatform.DSP-based controller is used in this article, and DSP master controls the linear ultrasonic driveand servo motor drive. This modular design makes the system more simple and reliable. Glass tubeheating, temperature and force measurement device is selected according to project requirements. Amethod for heating temperature control and precise temperature control is discovered according tocharacteristics of the heating device. Through a large number of experiments, the input and outputcharacteristics of the servo motor platform are drawn. The appropriate control algorithm for thecharacteristics of the servo platform is selected and loop speed control is realized.For linear ultrasonic motor characteristics, the linear ultrasonic motor drive control system basedon PSOC3is designed, which has been improved on the original drive control section, so that thelinear ultrasonic motor is more suitable for working in the small stepper and precision positioningmode. Through linear ultrasonic motor experimental use of the new drive controller and the analysisof a large number of experimental data, the response characteristics of the motor pulse is got on thebasis of probability theory. And linear ultrasonic motor stepper characteristics are obtained to providean experimental basis for the control algorithm. This novel control algorithm solves problems ofdifficult controlling caused by the linear ultrasonic motor mechanical reciprocating vibration, andenriches the theory and practice of linear ultrasonic motor drive and control in China.The experiment of the control system shows that the system meet the design requirements. |
