Along with the deep study on slope stability, taking the place of stability coefficient, degree of reliability has become an index of evaluating slope security. Present calculation method of reliability is based on the explicit limit state equation of limiting state function. As for the implicit expression structure, classical response surface method and random finite element are combined for calculation. However, random finite element has little efficiency in calculation process. Besides, after random finite element calculation, large amount of data processing and analysis work is needed. In the paper, on the basic of a mature analysis theory of slope reliability, study on the combination of security coefficient implicit function and transient surface method is carried through. With the combination of engineering examples, influence on the reliability of silty soil slope by rain infiltrate is discussed.Firstly, through the research of slope stability analysis method on slice mode and response surface method, finite element method in classical response surface method is replaced by iterative calculation process of implicate stability coefficient expression on slice mode, while aiming at that there is no explicit expression in slope reliability calculation and the specialty of stability coefficient calculation method and classical response surface method. Then confirm the limit state equation of slope reliability analysis on slice mode. Combining classical response surface method with the stability analysis method, a new method for slope stability reliability analysis is established. And then, the paper make the method be stability analysis system that can deal with circle and non-circle slide surface under many soil layers. Secondly, in combination with basic physical experimentation of the Henan Item"Study on embankment settlement mechanism and development rule for highway in the silt soil region", the mechanics speciality of silty soil is completely cognized and realized, through the laboratory experimentation of three kind of classical silty soil in Puyang City. The experimentation include laboratory physical mechanism test, static compaction test, direct shear test, permeability test. And also analysis the influence of water content on soil's shear strength, permeability and other mechanism character. At last, the curve of water and shear strength is used to set up calculation project to simulate the influence of rain infiltrate on slope stability. After analysis the result, a applied method is provided for slope reliability analysis in silty soil region.
