The Research On Construction Techniques Of R.C Girder Transfer Floor In High-rise Buildings

With the developing of urban construction, a lot of high-rise buildings are developed towards multifunction and multipurpose. Because the function and requirement of each part of building is different, construction structure and column grids arrangement vary accordingly. In order to realize and adapt to the change transition of such structure type, the transfer floor were created. In high-rise buildings, the girder transfer floor is the most widely used among all types of transition floor. It can solve the problem of the interruption between superstructure and substructure.At present, domestic some scholar change to go on some research on the stress performance of R.C girder transfer floor in high-rise buildings, but the research on construction technology is not systematic. Combined the strength performance of transfer floor, in this thesis, the construction techniques of R.C girder transfer floor in high-rise buildings are systematically investigated.First of all, combine the research results of assigning the scholar of domestic outside, the stress performance of R.C girder transfer floor in high-rise buildings was studied, which can be regarded one of the bases of research on construction techniques.Then, the construction techniques of R.C girder transfer floor in high-rise buildings are systematically investigated, three important item about construction of transfer floor: the form board and the carriage system, the joining and colligation of reinforcing steel bars, the casting of large volume concrete are partially analyzed and studied, otherwise, the design principle of the supporting system, the main point on connection of the reinforcing bar and the crack control measures of mass concrete are proposed.Finally, combined the project instance of "Xinhua bookstore books mansion of Nanning", the construction scheme and the techniques of R.C girder transfer floor are designed, include mainly: construction scheme, template design, supports design and guarantees measure of quality.
