With the accelerating of project progress, more high-rise building construction cycle have reached to one storey per week generally and multi-storey formwork supports system in engineering applications have become the inevitable trend. However,as people is lack of understanding of this system, it leads the building structure itself early-age concrete curing bad, irrational allocation of artificial materials, improper removal of formwork and so on, which cause the collapse of supports system and cracks of floor happen frequently. It is harmful to the safety and performance of the building construction seriously. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have researched stress performance of multi-storey formwork supports system and established a variety of theoretical models,exploring the hand calculation method to facilitate security control.But by the constraints of assumptions, conclusions have limitations. The existing supports system specification only consider the stability of the single-layer in checking calculation for the supports system. It failed to deep into the supports system and the main frame structure interaction. Therefore, multi-storey formwork supports system’s mechanism of stress and internal load transfer rules become an urgent research topic.For these reasons, the paper use an engineering support of Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau Building 224 as the background, combined with the domestic and foreign research status and the current situation of the construction stage, to get a lot of original base data. Coupled with the late collation and analysis, the paper get the internal force curves of each floor of rod and the internal force curves of the floor of multi-storey formwork supports system. The study of the basic characteristics of load transfer rules of multi-storey formwork supports system during construction proved thatmulti-storey formwork supports system is a system that internal force can be redistributed along with the time. At the same time, using finite element analysis software SAP2000 to establish a model of multi-storey formwork supports system and find the similarities and differences compared with the experimental results and the simulation results. Through the analysis of the relevant reasons, it will achieve a multi-storey formwork supports system simulation and investigate security controls during construction. At last, the paper gives suggestions related construction.This paper studies conducted multi-storey formwork supports system can guide the construction directly. It has practical application value.
