With the voltage grade and the automatization and intelligentization requirement improving constantly ,the traditional electromagnetic transducers exposes the shortcoming that cannot be overcame ,The new-type electronic current/voltage transducers based on the technology of optics and electron become the research focus .In the beginning,the facing problem of traditional electromagnetic transducers and the advantage of electronic current/voltage transducers are introdued in this thesis, the present actuality of electronic transducers is summarized and the far-reaching impact electronic transduers on substation automation system is analyzed.Then the thesis introduces the structure and principle of Rogowski coil and capacitive voltage divider sensors of active electronic tranducers.The data sampling system of active electronic transducers is at the high potential side,there is a demand for special circuit design.In the third chapter,the thesis researches and designs every element including integrator,low-pass filter,A/D conversion unit,optical fiber transmission unit, power supply circuit and so on in data acquisition system.The thesis presnts also some methods for electronic circuit antijamming.The data sampling system uses FPGA as controller,not only reduces circuit power,but also improves system efficiency.In the fourth chapter,the thesis introduces the interface model of substation automatiom system first,then explains the method based on IEC60044-7/8 and IEC61850 for communication between electronic transducer and bay level of substation. Because Ethernet is characterized by popularization and maturation that are in favor of mass real-time information exchanging and data gathering and maintenance in substation,the thesis adopts Ethernet communication method.A Ethernet interface is provided and it's tansmitting and receiving data programme flow charts are presented in the end of the chapter.In the end ,the thesis summarizes the reseach content .The problems that need to be further researched and resolved are proposed.
