Economical and secure operation of power system is closely related with precision and dependability of current transducers. With the development of national economy, the new grade of voltage of power supply is improving constantly, and the systematic measurement and precision of protection demand to be improved constantly, while the traditional electromagnetic current transducers expose the shortcomings that can’t be overcome. The electronic current transducers are the new-type optical and electronic current transducers which incorporate the electronic technology and optical technology into an organic whole, and its characteristics, such as high accuracy, high dependability, wide bandwidth, etc. make it already become the substitute of the traditional electromagnetic current transducer in power industry gradually.This text directs against the electronic transducers based on Rogowski coil working in the intelligent substation, analyzing the working principles.As to the problems related with the engineering application of signal acquisition and transmission. The text has built models and simulated, analyzing the phase-frequency characteristic of the integral circuit of the electronic transducers. In addition, the influence of ultraharmonics and various sampling frequency on the signal sampling of electronic transducers is analyzed. The errors of electronic transducers at different temperature are also analyzed. Finally, this text discusses the effects of fast transient simulation of power systems in practical transient process in GIS.The experiment proves that the electronic current transducers design is simple and practical, which has good linear degree and measure precision, and can measure current in the wide range. These current transducers have many virtues, such as response speedily, wide bandwidth etc. Compared with the traditional electromagnetic current transducers, they have problems such as being flammable and explosive caused by oil, but the electronic current transducers have solved the problem about magnetism saturation and insulation between the high-voltage and low-voltage. Because of the low cost, wide bandwidth and small volume, the electronic current transducers have greater application prospects. |
