Active vibration control technique is a frontier of vibration engineering control field. It is is a new vibration, which combine vibration theory with modern control method. The controller plays great important part in the active vibration control system.According to the function and techno-guideline, the whole structure of the hardware platform based on TMS320VC5402 is designed. The main topics of the thesis is the design of interface. Interface design is based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) with data acquisition and transmission, at the same time, the form of the interface is given and the logic is realized.A semi-active vibration absorbing system which is integrated with active vibration controller, two-stage passive isolation structure and semi-active electromagneti dynamic vibration absorber. The frequency of the system can be adjusted continuously and can automatically follow the vibration frequency change of vibration control objective. Two methods of the experiments are designed. The experimental results indicate that the semi-active vibration absorbing system can attenuate structural vibration effectively.In this paper, the main works are as follows:1. The hardware of digital system has been developed, including the design of circuit and the debug on it.2. The programmes of the PWM and the frequency test are designed.3. Experimental studies on applications of the semi-active vibration absorbing system in vibration control.
