The Ground Penetrating Radar got the extensive application in the rock soil engineering, in recent years, the research of applying the Ground Penetrating Radar in the reinforced concrete structure has been done extensively, there's still plenty problems need to be resolved in the examination. Textual research work mainly is, using the information of reflection wave collected in the experiment, analyzing the influence of the value of water number in the concrete unit volume, the maximum value of the diameter of gravel stone ,the intensity of concrete and the concrete age to the performance of the concrete die-electric capability, getting the varieties regulation of concrete relatively die-electric constant, along with the three affect factor. Through the model experiments to imitate the objection in reinforced concrete structure, summarizing the sketches characteristic of the objection, and explaining application techniques of the Ground Penetrating Radar in a specific way with an example of engineering examination. Main research result is as follows:1. establish three value of water number in the concrete unit volume, through the result analysis of examination to the specimen between 7 and 90 days, get the varieties regulation of concrete relatively die-electric constant, along with value of water number and the age of the specimen. The value of the water number and the age of the specimen affect the relatively die-electric constant obviously.2. design concrete specimen with different intensity grade, through the result analysis of the 7day,14day and the 28day testing, get the result that the value of the strength grade affect the relatively die-electric constant obviously.3. establish three different value of maximum diameter of concrete gravel stone, the value of the concrete gravel stone, also have the obvious influence to the concrete relatively die-electric constant.4. get the variety regulation of concrete relatively die-electric constant with single influence factor and the variety of three kinds of factors.5. design verification concrete plank, through the accuracy analysis of the reinforcing bar position in the plank, apply the concrete relatively die-electric constant calculation formula, compute the position of reinforcing bar, and contrast with the actual position, verify the accuracy of the formula in calculation.6. through the analysis of the reflection wave of various designed specimen, get the variety regulation of main frequency and the range of the reflection wave with the influence factors.
