This paper proposes urbanite's living standard higher and higher, lust for car more and more strong, urban environment worsen day by day, under the present stage energy battery of Electric Vehicle is very difficult to make break-through, adopting high performance drive system to raise the performance of Electric Vehicle is a good way. This paper firstly analysis the key technology and current situation of the development to the Electric Vehicle, and draw a conclusion that mini battery electric vehicle has extensive market space and put forward the concept of City Battery Car. On the basis of advantages in the PMSM and drive-in-wheel mode, the paper tries to combine the PMSM with drive-in-wheel mode used in the City Battery Car.Through resistance equilibrium and balanced equation of the power, and the performance of City Battery Car, the parameter of the drive motor has been obtained. On this basis, the paper has further investigated the motor control system, through simulation adopting i_d =0control strategy can meet the speed range and the control precision of the City Battery Car.Security and manipulation of the City Battery Car is very important as well as traditional car. Because the dive structure of the City Battery Car is different from others in many aspects, from energy-conserving and safety to develop the driving force control system with this new drive structure has important meaning. This paper carries on deep research in anti-skid and differential speed under the car on the driving time, puts forward the new scheme that getting the anti-skid and differential speed together on the basis of fuzzy control, has reached more ideal result by simulation.
