| Global environmental pollution and increasingly serious greenhouse effect,new energy automobiles begin to enter people’s field of vision.With the development of automobile industry,a lot of auto companies and research institutes pay attention to new energy vehicles and begin to research the electric cars,four-wheel independent drive electric vehicle is one of the most typical with four wheel motor as the driver of new energy vehicles.Based on the four-wheel independent drive electric vehicle as the research object,wheel hub motor using permanent magnet synchronous motor,motor drive control system of electric vehicle are briefly analyzed,builds electronic differential control strategy of four-wheel independent drive electric vehicles.To this end,this paper mainly is on the aspects of research:Wheel motor drive car is a motor as power drive system to run,therefore,to research the electronic differential system of electric cars,we must study the motor of electric vehicle drive system.This article selects the permanent magnet synchronous motor as a hub and builds a mathematic model of the drive motor,determines the parameters of each control link,states the permanent magnet synchronous wheel hub motor vector control principle and the feasibility of its control method is validated by computer simulation.For permanent magnet synchronous motor for driving motor of electric vehicle,based on the analysis of Ackerman-Jeantand front wheel steering model,on the basis of combining with the car at the front and reverse rotation characteristics of differential steering model,determine that the model can effectively reduce steering radius;At the same time set up the dynamic model of the electric car front and back to analyzing the related parameters of dynamic model,put forward the electronic differential control strategy based on BP neural network.Under MATLAB/simulink module,this paper builds the automotive electronic differential control model,and the corresponding simulation.Simulation results show that based on Ackerman-Jeantand steering theorem and the BP neural network control of compound control strategy can well solve the four-wheel independent drive electric vehicle in the electronic differential problem in the process of low speed switch,designed for subsequent electronic differential control system has laid a theoretical basis. |
