The writer has summed up the technique problem of the development process, has put forward the solution which has the creative meaning.About the design of the system structure, the system adopted the B/S(Brower/Server) structure which is on the basis of the WEB browser and has good function.In the selection of the development technology, the system adopted the .net tools and the database of SQL Server. They are both advanced.Considering of the B/S system which isn't easy for the inputting of the big quantity data records, the writer put forward the input and output through the document of MS Excel, achieving the input, saving and updating for the big quantity data records.Considering that the training business demand quantity of report forms and the adoption for the different statement of the form, the writer puts forward the designation which is able to output the document of Excel while the file is outputting.Currently, the training and education management system has developed, and is using for test. The system includes the sub systems of a training file, the construction of training, the construction of question's database etc. It has the advanced open type structure and it is able to process comprehensive business of the training and education. It will contribute to the training and education of the Daba Power Plant and the informationization of the power enterprise.In consideration of the power station reality demand and technical possibility, the thesis put forward imitating the concept of the true training and the thought of the ambulation management.
