With the enhancement of piezoelectric ceramics and the development of the electronic instruments' micromation and integration, piezoelectric transformer exerts more and more significance in the latest years. Compared to the conventional ones, piezoelectric transformer is endowed with the following merits: high step-up ratio, high transformation rate, resistance to extreme temperatures and pressure, moisture-endurance, electromagnetic interference endurance and automatic short-circuit protection. Besides, it is also small and light, which is especially suitable for the trend of electronic integration and lamellar.According to the requirement to the high-performance of piezoelectric transformer, and the lowering of the sinter temperature, this paper explores the material of piezoelectric ceramic on the basis of wide digestion of achievements and experiences, and prepares a kind of new material of piezoelectric ceramic, which is of high performance of low-temperature sintering by introducing BiFeO3, and based on which we creates "Rosen" piezoelectric transformer, that greatly excels the primary elements of technology; designs the appropriate self-adaptive drive circuit by a further research in detail; test and analyze the operating characteristics of piezoelectric transformer by a series of experiments.The main jobs illustrated by this paper are listed as follows.1.
