The Research On The Way Of Long-distance Examining About Large-scale Complicated Equipments

The main purpose of long-distance examining about large-scale complicated equipment's on-line condition is in accordance with the demand of its safety, stability, long-period and full-load. It provides a kind of solution about long-distance network measuring and fault diagnosis. It means that on-line collect-examining system collects each service behavior and fault information, transforms examining parameters' analog quantity into digital quantity and sends to server. Data files are long-distance translated through network system structure, and long-distance examining are realized. System's long-distance real-time examining is realized through server and client. The main work of this paper includes:(1) The chapter one deseribes history, status and development of long-distance examining and fault diagnosis. It also deals with the background and the aim of the research work of this paper.(2) The chapter two mainly deseribes two modes of system hardware structure front, and makes detailed introduction about main parameters in system.(3) The chapter three mainly discusses analytical method of front signal, and analyses signal in different ways, obtains most useful, sensitive and direct signal.(4) The chapter four mainly tells early-warning mechanism and introduces FFT-based prewarning.(5) The chapter five tells computer technology about long-distance examining. As the rapid development of computer technology, especially web technology, internet-based long-distance applied system becomes a new developing direction of examining and fault diagnosis system.(6) The chapter six is the point of this paper. JSP technology that based on JAVA, and SOLserver2000 technology are used to develop long-distance examining system's browser/server (B/S) structure, and system software each functional module's function form of expression is detailed introduce through illustration form.(7) The last chapter is conclusion and suggestion. In this chapter, a conclusion is made about this paper, and some suggestion are made about this task.
