| Jilin province located in northeast part of China, it belongs to the east moist seasonally frozen region. During the daily operation the cement concrete pavement not only to withstand the load of vehicle repeatedly, while also experiencing wind, frost, rain, snow and other inclement weather conditions test, especially in the winter season, plus or minus alternate weather makes cement concrete pavement in freezing-thaw cycles state. Therefore, how to improve the durability of cement concrete pavement, particularly anti-frozen performance is very important.The paper proposed the double mineral composite powder high performance road surface concrete research for the first time in the northeast area, aimed at the adoption of this research to improve the durability of cement concrete road. By original material comparing experiment, it confirms the various original materials of the high performance concrete and the mineral powder. On the double mineral composite powder induction tests specified double composite mineral powder. Base on the common concrete mixture ratio design, through the orthogonal experiment confirming the concrete mixture ratio design, and take the concrete anti-frozen performance as the control target to adjust it. After confirming the double mineral composite powder concrete mixture ratio, the mechanical property is researched by rupture strength, compressive strength, static and dynamic elastic modulus, stress-deflection. By anti-frozen performance, resistance to abrasion, contraction and resistance to fatigue and other durability tests to examining the mixture ratio of the double mineral composite powder concrete. Finally, the paper use SEM, pressure mercury testing to studying the reason why double mineral composite powder modified concrete mechanisms, and reveal the inherent links between micro structure and macroscopic performance. |
