Since 1980's the increase of nonilear loads leads to serious harmonic problem. With traditional theory, which is only suitable for sine wave, power under nonsinusoidal condition, can not be defined. So it is necessary to research power measurement under nonsinusoidal condition.Model of typical harmonic sources are made in this paper. Information on this kind of sources of disturbance such as electric locomotive and engine in mine are collected.Main models of typical harmonic sources are set up after the the data are calculated and analysed.There are many researches in nonsinusoidal power measurement. Each of them can solve some of the problems on power measurement in singal or three phase, sinusoidal or nonsinusoidal condition. .After most typical theories are compared, the generalized power theory, which is suitable for all these kinds are synthesized, is set up.The active and reactive circuits are seprated based on ANN addline model. The Newton method choiced by comparing main learning methods is proved efficitve.After separating the active and reactive circuit, using generalized power theory and Simpson formula, active and reactive power are caculated.
